The Prosecutor's Secret Therapy

The story, without spoilers

Lee Ji-hyuk has lived with sexual dysfunction since a childhood trauma, and the only person his body responds to is Dr. Han Seo-yeon. To treat his condition and to save her grandmother, the two sign what they call a "master-servant treatment contract." Living under one roof, they find the arrangement is turning into something neither of them planned for, while the family he grew up in is hiding more than he knows.
